Overview
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Injury Prevention-WorkStrategies Specialist to provide on-site coverage for American Airlines at the CLT ( Charlotte Douglas International Airport). This is an exciting opportunity for an Athletic Trainer (ATC), EMT, PTA, or COTA to get into the industrial healthcare setting.
This dynamic role integrates ergonomics, employee education and coaching, preventive exercise programs, early intervention strategies, and health and wellness services to reduce workplace injuries and enhance overall employee well-being.
Position: Injury Prevention Specialist
Location: Charlotte Douglas International Airport
Type of Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Four 10 Hour Shifts; 3 Days Off(Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday) Our clinic hours of operation are 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday)
Compensation: $50,000, annually
Incentives: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Responsibilities
- Deliver WorkStrategies prevention services. Prevention Services include, but are not limited to:
- WorkStrategies On-Site Program
- Advanced Early Symptom Intervention
- Musculoskeletal assessment, appropriate triage, and OSHA First Aid for workplace injury/discomfort
- New Hire Training
- Return to Work
- Functional Movement Assessments
- Preventative Exercise Prescription
- Body Mechanics/Behavior Audits/Job Coaching
- Wellness Coaching
- WorkRisk Analysis
- WorkTask Analysis
- WorkStation (Office Ergonomics) Analysis
- Worksite Education Programs
- Prepare and complete appropriate documentation for services listed above
- Facilitate regular communication with clients for the purposes of assisting with relationship development and program review
- Assist in addressing client concerns
- Participate in continuing education and job training programs
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
- Minimum one year related field experience
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an industrial setting
