About this role
About Timeless Select LLC
Timeless was founded in 2013 with the vision of creating a leading lifestyle brand around cannabis products that are efficient, safe, and discreet to use. Our passion for R&D and brand building has led Timeless to be one of the most innovative brands in the market.
Community, Culture, and Legacy are the building blocks of what we do at Timeless. We always have and will continue to work with local businesses, artists, charities, and dispensary partners to support the movements that we believe impact our industry and world for the better.
About the role
Distribution Specialists deliver Timeless products to dispensary partners safely, on time, and in full. On delivery day, this role is the face of Timeless to the customer. Routes do not fill every hour of every day. When a route is complete or the schedule is light, this role supports the facility wherever it is needed.
The role is physical and fast-paced with continual lifting, loading, and climbing in and out of a vehicle, often under tight delivery windows.
Key responsibilities
Delivery
- Load the vehicle with the day's product and unload safely and accurately at each stop.
- Confirm manifests are complete and accurate after each drop off before departing.
- Maintain the accuracy of orders going out and stay compliant with state regulations.
- Maintain an inventory of daily merchandise loaded on the vehicle.
- Deliver on time, in full, and in line with any account-specific requirements.
- Handle routine customer issues at the point of delivery and report them in an end-of-shift report.
- Review routes generated by the Dispatch and Logistics Admin, and route your own deliveries when no admin is available.
Vehicle and safety
- Perform routine inspection of the vehicle and supplies before and after every route.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Safeguard company equipment and property, including PPE.
Customer and merchandising support
- Work with the Distribution Lead and sales team to improve route efficiency and strengthen customer relationships.
- Merchandise case packs to the sales floor where the dispensary permits it.
- Fill display units, rotate products, and remove defective or out-of-date products.
- Assemble and disassemble promotional materials such as signs, banners, and displays.
- Report stock issues, account issues, or positive feedback from the dispensary.
Facility support between routes
- When routes are complete or the schedule is light, support the facility in whatever capacity is asked.
- This may include production, packaging, pre-roll, inventory, warehouse, or facility upkeep.
- Follow the SOP and PPE requirements for whatever task you are assigned, and ask before proceeding if you have not been trained on it.
- Report to the Lead or Supervisor of the area you are supporting for that period.
- Treat cross-department support as an opportunity — it is how you learn the business and it counts toward your scorecard.
