The Warehousing & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring that our warehouse is organized, and inbound and outbound orders are processed accurately and efficiently, keeping our supply chain running smoothly.Job OverviewThe primary deliverables of the position are:Maintaining clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping areasUnloading inbound orders accurately and efficientlyOperating stand-up reach truck forklifts in narrow warehouse aisles.Preparing outbound shipments and staging orders for carriersAssisting with inventory handling, stock rotation, and basic countsHandling green coffee for warehousing and roasting useSupporting production, roasting and picking teams as neededDesired AssetsThe ideal candidate would have the following skills, abilities, and experience:Valid Forklift certification (able to obtain after hiring with in-house certification program)Basic computer skills (order systems, shipping tools, or inventory software)Physically able to lift up to 40 lbAble to use hand tools, power tools and assist with basic maintenanceStrong attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrated enthusiasm, determination, and a growth mindsetReliable team player who enjoys contributing to a positive, respectful work environmentBenefitsWe love coffee!
