Tigg's Canteen Services is seeking a dependable, motivated, and team-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent Part-Time Lead Cook at Emmet County Jail in Petoskey, MI.

Position Responsibilities & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a structured correctional environment and have the ability to:
- Follow company recipes and food service guidelines.
- Lead, instruct, and assist with daily kitchen operations.
- Participate in meal preparation, including food prep, baking, cooking, and kitchen clean-up.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with others.
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
What We're Looking For
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility to work varying days and hours, with shifts scheduled between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM .
- Ability to obtain clearance and approval to work within the facility.
Previous food service or kitchen experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
