Client Market Associate

The Opportunity:

This position will support the client marketing team by providing accurate and detailed marketing and account analysist to aid in new business creation.

In This Role You Will Execute On:

- Develop an understanding and complete adoption of Accelevate's servicing tools and processes.
- Assist with preparation of various client proposals, presentations and deliverables.
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
- Develop and apply market knowledge of key carriers and vendors.
- Research and provide updates to the team regarding market changes, competitiveness and new product options.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.

In This Role You Will Need:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.  Associate or bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance, benefit, human resources or related field preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Life and Health insurance license within 100 days.
- Customer service experience, ideally within the insurance industry preferred.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as ERISA, HIPPA and ACA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passionate work ethic with desire to learn and grow.
- Proficient in using relevant MS Office software and systems for reporting, analysis and presentations
- Ability and willingness to travel by car or airplane for meetings, conferences, or other business-related functions.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
