The Chattahoochee Valley Libraries is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Full-Time Library Associate. This is a 40 hour per week position at South Columbus Public Library. Applicants for this position should value people, personal and professional excellence, be passionate about children and family services, and taking library programs into the community. Must be able to deliver engaging programming and teach literacy skills across age groups, both in the branch and through outreach.
Applicants must also be able to work a flexible schedule around library needs (nights and weekends in rotation), have the capacity to thrive and produce excellent results in a fast paced, team-focused environment, possess current and proficient technology skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the public, supervisor, and team. Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree, high energy and pleasing dispositions, and be committed to delivering first-rate customer service to external and internal customers.
Salary: $37,670 / year
