Senior Application Software Engineer

2. Job Summary

As a Senior Software Engineer , you will design, build, and scale complex cloud-based applications and services that power Oracle Health Data Intelligence products. You’ll be responsible for defining system architecture, developing robust and secure applications, and mentoring junior engineers. This role demands a deep technical understanding, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building impactful software that drives the healthcare industry forward.

3. Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Proficiency in Java and any Major java script framework for application development.

- Strong experience with Relational Databases (SQL, MySQL) .

- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs .

- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture , CI/CD pipelines , and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Solid understanding of software design principles, distributed systems , and cloud-based architectures .

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
