Senior Estimator – Digital Systems

About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Estimator – Digital Systems to support major infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will combine advanced construction estimating expertise with digital systems development, workflow automation, and data management experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and review construction cost estimates using AACE Class 1–5 standards , Bluebeam, and RSMeans.

- Prepare change order estimates, bid analyses, value engineering assessments, and cost evaluations.

- Develop dashboards, applications, and automated workflows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate .

- Manage SQL databases, SharePoint, Excel VBA , and estimating data migration, including HCSS systems.

- Integrate estimating and project management systems with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project , and other enterprise applications.

- Improve estimating processes through digital reporting, AI tools, and workflow automation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering , or a related field; master's preferred.

- 7+ years of construction estimating experience and estimating software proficiency, including Bluebeam or RSMeans.

- 4+ years of Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI application development experience .

- 5+ years of AACE Class 1–5 estimating experience , personal services estimating, and scope compliance reviews.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel VBA, Power Apps, Power Automate , and database management.

- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, CPM scheduling , and digital systems integration.

- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills; HCSS, SharePoint, and AI automation experience preferred.

Estimated Compensation:
$166,400–$208,000 annually
