What you’ll do
As our Talent Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, organized engine behind our hiring process. Candidates will know you as the person who actually calls back. Hiring managers will know you as the person who makes their lives easier. Day to day, you’ll:
- Review applications and spot the people who’d be a great fit.
- Run initial phone screens to get to know candidates and what they’re looking for.
- Schedule interviews and keep everyone in the loop through Paylocity.
- Answer candidate questions about the role, the company, and what comes next.
- Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups so no one falls through the cracks.
- Share candidate details, screening notes, and referrals with hiring managers.
- Keep our applicant records accurate and up to date.
- Jump in on high-volume hiring pushes when we need to move fast.
What you bring
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination.
- Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing.
- Real organizational skills. You can juggle a lot of candidates and open roles without dropping anything.
- Steady follow-through and the ability to stay calm when priorities shift.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office. Experience with Paylocity or another applicant tracking system is a plus.
