The Business Development Specialist is responsible for growing Pall’s sales, brand presence and capturing market share around Mexico Food and Beverage market industry.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Director for Latin America and is part of the Commercial Food and Beverage division. Will be working remotely located in Mexico City/ Monterrey or Guadalajara.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Identify opportunities to expand Pall solutions, conduct customers visits and capture consumables and system opportunities in the region.
- Develop and grow Global Strategic Accounts, building strong customer relationships and enhancing market penetration.
- Manage sales forecasting and maintain accurate data in Salesforce to support business planning and execution.
- Champion high‑value, technical solutions, selling on impact and outcomes
- Significantly increase Pall Market share in the F&B Mexico territory with strong focus on beer market.

The essential requirements of the job include:

- Excellent communication skills Spanish and English. Verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage customers and market.
- Demonstrable experience in technical and commercial applications, process engineering and customer-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required – preferably in food science, food technology, or other related fields such as biology, chemistry, chemical engineering.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

- Ability to travel – 60-70% of the time with some overnight travel.

- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Filtration

- Food or Beverage production or processing

- Beer process
- Managing a CRM/ Salesforce

Bonus / Incentive Pay

42,86% of annual base salary

This job is also eligible for on target bonus of 42,86% of annual base salary subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.

This job is also eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, including company car. Details regarding these benefits will be provided separately.
