As a Renewal Sales Specialist you will be responsible for the generation of revenue through maintenance and subscription renewals and upselling of additional services. This will be accomplished through the contact and building of relationships with existing customers to renew contracts and identify opportunities for up-selling through calling campaigns and email communication. This is a customer facing sales role assigned to a specific territory demanding interaction with multiple levels of leadership within small/mid-size financial institutions. Additionally, you are responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online, and updating/maintaining records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Location: Hybrid: 2 office days required, North Canton, Ohio.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Ability to manage a high-volume outgoing customer call
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience required
- Thrive in a fast paced inside sales/customer service environment
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Able to track information accurately with a strong attention to detail
- Exposure to CRM systems and previous outbound, inside sales/customer service experience a plus
- Excellent mathematical skills with emphasis in accounting or financial math
