Schedule:
Part-time, Monday through Friday. Services are generally performed outside Government operating hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM .
Summary:
Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified janitorial services provider for the BLM Caliente Field Office and co-located Fire Station in Caliente, Nevada .
Requirements:
- Commercial or janitorial cleaning experience.
- Ability to provide labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
- Use environmentally preferable cleaning products and provide SDS documentation.
- Personnel must meet Federal background/security requirements.
- Ability to follow required schedules and quality standards.
Duties:
- Clean offices, common areas, floors, carpets, and entry areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and shower areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces.
- Perform periodic high dusting and cleaning of vents and light fixtures.
