Salary Expectations- $84,000-$127,000

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead energy distribution and service operations in a local market. This role is perfect for a people-focused leader who thrives on building strong teams, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What will you do:

As General Manager, youll be the face of Depew Energy in your market. Youll lead managers and frontline employees, ensuring operations run smoothly, safely, and profitably—all while creating a culture of service and sales excellence.

Essential Functions:

- Direct day-to-day field operations and empower your team to achieve operational and financial goals.

- Build strong community relationships, grow market presence, and promote company sales and marketing initiatives.

- Championing customer satisfaction and elevate the customer experience

- Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer challenges and employee issues with fairness and sound judgment.

- Oversee budgets, analyze financial performance, and take action to drive profitability.

- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, provide coaching, feedback, and clear performance expectations.

- Advocate for safety across all operations, setting the standard for a safe and supportive work environment.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

What Were Looking For:

We want a hands-on leader who knows how to inspire a team while keeping operations efficient and customers happy.

Youll succeed in this role if you have:

- At least 4 years of leadership experience, with energy industry or full-service operations experience strongly preferred.

- A bachelors degree in business administration (or equivalent experience).

- Strong decision-making and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex situations confidently.

- Proven success in budget management, financial analysis, and performance management.
