What Will I Do?
- Perform Aeroseal duct sealing services to improve HVAC system efficiency, reduce air leakage, and enhance indoor comfort.
- Install residential insulation, including blown-in insulation, fiberglass, and other applicable insulation materials.
- Inspect attics, ductwork, and other areas of the home to identify air leakage, insulation deficiencies, and opportunities for energy-efficiency improvements.
- Operate Aeroseal equipment, insulation blowers, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Prepare work areas and homes for Aeroseal applications and insulation installation.
- Ensure all installations and sealing applications meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of Aeroseal, proper insulation, and improved home energy efficiency.
- Build strong customer relationships by providing outstanding service and maintaining professional communication.
- Identify additional opportunities to improve home comfort, energy efficiency, and HVAC system performance.
- Complete job documentation, including service reports, installation records, photos, and customer recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete all tasks in accordance with company procedures, quality expectations, and safety standards.

Do I Have What It Takes?
- 2+ years of experience in Aeroseal duct sealing, insulation installation, or a related HVAC/home performance field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Aeroseal equipment and applications strongly preferred.
- Experience installing blown-in insulation, fiberglass insulation, or other residential insulation products.
- General knowledge of HVAC duct systems, airflow, and building energy efficiency.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined or elevated work areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
- Results-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and manage daily assignments.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- ServiceTitan experience preferred.
