Job Title: Pack Station Replenisher / Packing Line Replenisher
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, fast-paced Pack Station Replenisher to support our fulfillment operations. In this role, your primary mission is to keep our packing stations fully stocked with boxes, tape, dunnage, and packaging supplies so that our packers can work continuously without stepping away from their stations. You will also assist the shipping team with down-stacking pallets and general line support.
Must-Have Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
Recent Warehouse Experience: Must submit an updated resume demonstrating active warehouse or fulfillment center work within the last 6 months .
Background Check: Ability to pass a background check covering up to 15 years .
Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout an entire shift.
Work Ethic: Reliable attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor pack stations continuously and restock boxes, tape, void fill, labels, and all required packaging supplies before stations run empty.
Prevent packers from having to leave their stations to locate or fetch supplies.
Break down empty pallets and assist with down-stacking incoming/outgoing merchandise.
Assist shipping department personnel with staging, moving finished pallets, and clearing packing lanes.
Maintain clean, organized supply staging areas and keep walkways clear of debris.
Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
