We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Mankato team.

If you enjoy working with customers, coordinating repairs, and keeping a busy service department running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers.
- Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and service management to keep repairs moving.
- Schedule service appointments and manage equipment intake.
- Monitor repair progress and help resolve delays.
- Ensure work orders are accurate and complete before invoicing.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in a dealership, service department, or customer service environment preferred.
- Background in equipment, automotive, agricultural, or related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of repair processes preferred.
- Experience with dealership management or service software is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
