- Establish a comprehensive communications measurement framework and KPIs tied to PCS business and communications objectives.
- Translate communications performance data and media intelligence into actionable insights and recommendations that inform communications strategy and business decision-making.
- Evaluate sponsorship and event opportunities based on strategic relevance, audience, visibility, business objectives and measurable communications value.
- Ensure individual activations connect back to a consistent, cohesive PCS narrative , rather than operating as standalone communications or event opportunities.
- Develop differentiated launch narratives, messaging and storytelling strategies that clearly articulate the customer value proposition and strengthen PCS’ position within the payments and credit card marketplace.
- Partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to ensure the PCS communications strategy is integrated with broader Marketing priorities and supports the overall business agenda.
