W2 Role: Hiring: .NET Support Lead
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite – 4 Days/Week)
Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for an experienced .NET Support Lead to support critical Hedge Fund applications for a leading financial services client. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and production/application support, along with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide production and application support for Hedge Fund applications, primarily SS&C Geneva.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and database issues.
Support .NET applications built using C#, SQL Server, and related technologies.
Monitor application stability, availability, and performance.
Collaborate with global business and technology teams.
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and implement system improvements.
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve support and troubleshooting efficiency.
Required Skills:
10+ years of overall IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.
Expertise in SQL Server.
Solid application/production support experience in .NET environments.
Working knowledge of Linux.
Exposure to AI-assisted tools such as Windsurf, Devin, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with SS&C Geneva or Hedge Fund applications.
Financial Services / Capital Markets domain experience.
Exposure to MongoDB.
