The Customer Service Representative I will make outbound telephone calls for the purpose of assisting people with scheduling their annual in home health visit.
Job Details:
- Schedules will be Monday through Friday from 7am-8pm
- Outbound calling to assist people with scheduling in home annual visits.
- Customer Service and Empathy are Essential!
- Onsite Office Environment
- $15.00 per hour
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Appointment Setting experience preferred, but not required
- Basic Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Previous experience working and entering information into systems
