Position Overview

As a Call Center Representative, you will engage with homeowners over the phone, schedule qualified appointments for our sales team, maintain accurate customer information, and assist potential customers who respond to our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Contact homeowners and present company services using a proven script
- Build rapport and adjust conversations to meet individual customer needs
- Answer questions and address objections professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments for in-home consultations
- Enter and update customer information accurately in the CRM system
- Coordinate appointments with sales representatives and canvassing teams
- Conduct quality assurance and follow-up calls
- Answer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to advertisements
- Maintain detailed notes and records of all customer interactions
- Assist with lead management and reporting

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or appointment setting preferred
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to overcome objections and build customer confidence
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
