Schedule

Overnight Shift

- Monday-Friday
- 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Rotating weekends required
- Training schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do

- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection on 30+ patients per shift
- Use straight and butterfly needles
- Label, process, centrifuge, split, freeze, and package specimens
- Maintain specimen integrity and follow collection protocols
- Update patient information and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and laboratory standards
- Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare staff

🔎 Qualifications

- 3+ years of phlebotomy experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with venipuncture in a hospital, laboratory, or fast-paced clinical setting
- Comfortable working with geriatric patients
- Strong specimen handling and processing skills
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in some states)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
