North Regional Technician

Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting complex systems, and have a passion for sharing your knowledge with others? Breeze Thru Car Wash is seeking a skilled, people-oriented technician to maintain our equipment while helping our Operations teams build the knowledge and skills to keep it running smoothly.

Position Overview: As a Regional Technician, you'll conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair car wash equipment, and serve as a technical resource and trainer for our Operations teams. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems will help maintain equipment reliability while developing the technical capabilities of our teams.

NOTE: This is a regional position requiring regular travel between Breeze Thru Car Wash locations throughout Southern Wyoming and Northern Colorado, specifically Cheyenne, Laramie, and Fort Collins. A company vehicle is provided for travel between locations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance checks and document findings

- Conduct repairs on mechanical and electrical systems

- Train team members on equipment maintenance and safety procedures

- Collaborate with management on troubleshooting and resolving issues

- Maintain inventory of parts and tools for efficient repairs

Skills and Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in plumbing, pumps, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics

- Preferably 1+ year of experience in a car wash environment

- Proficiency in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

- Driver's license and clean driving record
