Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to clients in the McKinney, TX area.

Current Opening -

Monday - Friday 3:30PM - 8:00PM

*We also have other shifts available in the McKinney area

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, dependable care and assistance with everyday activities, including:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

- Provide incontinence care and personal hygiene assistance.

- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or well-being to management.

- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.

- Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and restrictions.

- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, sweeping, and dusting.

- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.

- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other members of the care team.

- Follow all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

- At least one year of previous caregiving experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Experience

The following experience is a plus:

- Alzheimer's and dementia care.

- Incontinence care.

- Experience assisting clients with mobility, transfers, and personal care.
