Position Overview
Tisun Beauty Supply is seeking a dependable, adaptable, and customer-focused Customer Service / Cashier Associate to join our North Park team.
The ideal candidate must have flexible availability and be willing to support the store's scheduling and operational needs. This position requires someone who can provide efficient checkout service, assist customers, maintain front-end organization, and contribute to daily store operations.
We are looking for an individual who takes pride in reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
- Welcome customers and assist with general product inquiries.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the company's POS system.
- Handle cash and other payment methods responsibly.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional checkout area.
- Assist with customer questions, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Support front-end operations during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively with management and fellow employees.
- Follow company attendance, scheduling, cell phone, and workplace conduct policies.
- Assist with additional store responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Scheduling Requirements
- Flexible availability is required (Open Availability)
- Must be available to work weekends and varying shifts based on business needs.
- Must be dependable and able to consistently meet scheduled work commitments.
- Part-time or full-time opportunities will be considered based on candidate availability, qualifications, and store staffing requirements.
