About this role
Collision Center Manager needed for the body shop at Sunset Chevrolet , one of the largest and busiest collision centers on the Suncoast!
This is an opportunity to lead an established, high-volume collision center with the resources, reputation, and growth potential that are difficult to find in today's market. Our shop maintains strong DRP relationships with multiple insurance carriers, is I-CAR Gold Class and manufacturer certified, and has a talented team already in place.
We're not looking for someone to build a collision center from the ground up. We're looking for the right leader to take a successful operation to the next level. With plans for a new collision center facility in the near future, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact and help shape the direction of a growing operation.
Due to our size and production volume, we need someone who understands all aspects of running a successful collision center and can lead a productive team while maintaining the highest standards for customer service, quality, and profitability.
Experience in all aspects of body shop operations is required, including supervision of both paint and collision repair departments. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of building and leading high-performing teams. ASE and/or I-CAR certifications are strongly preferred.
Join Sunset Automotive Group, one of Southwest Florida's largest new car dealership groups with 11 locations across Sarasota and Manatee counties. If you're looking for a workplace that values professionalism, community, and people, Sunset Automotive Group is the best place to build your career.
