Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
Classroom Assistant for Advanced Choreography offered by the Dance Department. Assistant helps take attendance, leads occasional warm-ups, assists students during class, and provide and/or moderate feedback sessions. Help organize and publicize final showing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Taking attendance
- Leading warm ups
- Assist students in the class
- Provide feedback
- Help organize and publicize final showing
Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)
- Choreography experience
- Familiarity or willingness to learn Liz Lerman’s Critical Response Process
- Ability give unbiased feedback and moderate feedback sessions
- Ability to help students engage in movement creation during class
- Organizational skills for tracking student attendance and planning final showing
- Leadership and pedagogy skills
- Interpersonal skills
Physical and Environmental Factors:
