🩺 What You'll Do

As an LPN with Southern Health Partners, you'll play an important role in delivering quality patient care and supporting the daily healthcare needs of the facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct nursing care and performing patient assessments

- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitoring patients and recognizing changes in health conditions

- Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs

- Communicating patient concerns with providers and the healthcare team

- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

- Following established clinical protocols and procedures

- Supporting continuity of care and appropriate patient follow-up

- Delivering professional, respectful, and compassionate care

Qualifications

🎯 What Youll Bring

- Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license

- Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills

- Dependability and sound clinical judgment

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Effective communication and organizational skills

- A genuine commitment to providing quality patient care

Correctional healthcare experience is welcome, but not required! We'll help you get comfortable in a different kind of healthcare setting.
