- Excelente actitud de servicio.
- Organizado(a), puntual y con atención al detalle.
- Manejo de herramientas de Google Workspace o Microsoft Office.
- Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para trasladarse entre las tres plantas de BRP.
Principales actividades
- Programación de entrevistas y recepción de candidatos.
- Seguimiento a procesos de reclutamiento y selección.
- Registro de personal en sistemas internos.
- Control y administración de expedientes y documentación.
- Seguimiento a procesos de inducción.
- Publicación de vacantes en bolsas de trabajo.
- Apoyo en eventos de Recursos Humanos y visitas a planta.
