About this role
At St. Luke’s, we pride ourselves on fostering a workplace culture that values diversity, promotes collaboration, and prioritizes employee well-being. Our commitment to excellence in patient care extends to creating an environment where our team can thrive both personally and professionally. With opportunities for growth, competitive benefits, and a supportive community of colleagues, St. Luke’s is truly a great place to work.
What to Expect:
Our Boise Neurology clinic is a dynamic and complex specialty practice serving patients across a variety of neurological subspecialties. The practice manager’s oversight includes sixteen employees, which is comprised of eight neurology providers and eight clinical staff members, supported by centralized and shared services that are essential to delivering coordinated, high-quality neurological care. This clinic also serves as a satellite location for expanded neurology services.
The practice works closely with a centralized Patient Access Services (PAS) team, which is led separately by a neurology PAS Manager. Because clinical operations, patient access, scheduling, referrals, and other shared services are closely interconnected, collaboration and communication across teams are critical to the success of the practice.
The Practice Manager provides day-to-day operational and people leadership for the Neurology clinic. This individual will lead in an environment that is highly collaborative, and focused on timely execution, accountability, and a strong work ethic. The practice manager will be actively involved in the downtown campus planning project which includes planning for Boise Neurology’s future location.
