Dans le cadre de nos projets automobiles, nous recherchons un Product Performance Engineer / Product Performance Leader NVH chargé de piloter les activités de validation véhicule liées au bruit, aux vibrations et au confort acoustique.

Responsibilities

- Piloter les activités de validation NVH véhicule.

- Préparer et suivre les essais acoustiques et vibratoires.

- Analyser les résultats et identifier les causes racines des écarts.

- Définir et piloter les plans d’actions correctifs.

- Participer aux campagnes de validation et de mise au point véhicule.

- Assurer la coordination avec les équipes projet, essais, conception et qualité.

- Réaliser le reporting et le suivi des performances NVH.

Profile

- Bac+5 en Mécanique, Acoustique, Vibrations ou équivalent.

- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie automobile.

- Expérience en validation véhicule, essais physiques et activités NVH.

- Bonnes connaissances en acoustique, vibrations et analyse des bruits.

- Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’analyse.

- Mobilité requise pour des déplacements réguliers à Kénitra.
