WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Welcome guests with genuine curiosity -- find out what they need before presenting a vehicle
• Build Toyota product knowledge through paid training -- the lineup, hybrids, and electrified models -- so you can guide guests with confidence
• Present vehicles and run test drives that connect each Toyota to what the guest needs
• Build a client pipeline through disciplined follow-up and CRM use -- repeat and referral buyers drive a high-earning career
• Work with finance and management to deliver a transparent, pressure-free purchase
• Meet monthly targets across volume, gross, and CSI
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous hospitality, customer-facing, or sales experience -- required. No automotive experience needed
• Paid Toyota brand and product training from day one
• A warm, honest communicator -- Gresham buyers are value-conscious and respond to straight answers
• Self-motivated, with a drive to build a book of repeat and referral buyers
• Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication, or quick to learn them
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
