About the role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Pool Attendant/Server to join our Four Seasons Residence Club team, where you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable poolside dining experience for our members. You will ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering exceptional hospitality, and rotating between the pool deck and Ocotillo Grill while supporting special events and daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-oriented professional who enjoys building connections with guests, thrives in a dynamic outdoor environment, and is eager to grow their food and beverage skills within a world-class luxury resort.

What you will do

- Greeting and seating Residence Club owners and guests in the pool area and providing beverage service

- Learning the knowledge of poolside menu and hourly amenity services

- Taking, finalizing, and delivering orders to owners and their guests

- Maximizing beverage sales during each shift, alcoholic and non-alcoholic

- Upkeeping cleanliness of the pool area, including service stations

- Supporting Ocotillo Grill server with table bussing

- Trained to be the Ocotillo Grill food and beverage server for lunch services
- Partake in providing services during various owner activations and events

What you will bring

- 1-2 years of food and beverage service experience, preferably in a high-volume luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail, a positive and guest-focused attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in a desert climate, including temperatures that may reach or exceed 100°F, while remaining active and attentive throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing and walking for 6 to 8 hours per day, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, and pushing or moving up to 100 pounds.
- Valid Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
- Valid authorization to work in the United States

Schedule & Hours

- Full-time employment with possible overtime based on business demands

- Ability to provide maximum availability for the 7-day operation

- Scheduled for an 8-hour shift with 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am, 10am, and 11am starting times, potential PM shift schedules with Weekly/Monthly event nights.
