About this role
Location: This is a full-time remote position based in India. #LI-REMOTE
Job Responsibilities:
• Drive industry best practices for automation testing, test execution and test
management to achieve high product quality
• Identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve product quality through
tools and processes.
• Coordinate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure seamless
integration with product roadmap delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement objectives and key results for
the product quality team
• Use AI tools and coding assistants to accelerate test design, automation
development, failure analysis, and test maintenance.
• Review and validate AI-generated tests and code to ensure accuracy, reliability,
and meaningful coverage.
• Continuously explore new tools and approaches to improve testing efficiency and
product quality.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of software development testing experience
• Test automation experience with test frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
• Experience with docker and SQL.
• Experience with testing SaaS applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to navigate
communication with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently
• Fluent in English, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use
internally to communicate between regions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or
similar tools in testing or software development workflows.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and complex product workflows
and apply them independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements,
shifting priorities, and frequent releases.
