About this role
To eliminate all abnormalities and ensure 100% delivery on time to customers; To enhance suppliers management to ensure 100% delivery on time;To be responsible for reasonable safety stock definition and ITR improvement; To be responsible for stock counting and management to guarantee stock accuracy; To do continuous improvement for cost reduction of freight, premium freight, recycle bin and duty; To be responsible for budget estimating, control and follow up; To ensure good relationship with customers and improve customers satisfaction;To prepare and submit KPI results and reports of logistics department; To be responsible for drawing up, implementation, checking and update of BPR and standards; To forecast and monitor sales, then ensure and guarantee AR timely to prevent overdue; To define responsibility for team members and reasonable work assignment; To monitor and management QAD system; To support and participate in the implementation of APS; To continuous coach, train and develop team members; Other assignment by line manager.
