· IVI（インフォテイメント）システム設計・開発
· ECU設計業務
· 要求仕様書作成業務（ソフトウェア実装機能）
· VE活動業務 (Value Engineering 活動業務)
· フィールドリターン問題の分析
· サプライヤーとの交渉
· Proceed IVI system design/development
· ECU design work
· Requirement specification preparation work (software implementation function)
· VE (Value Engineering) activity work
· Field return issue analysis
· Supplier negotiations

本お客様向けに業務サポートしている弊社全体（各分野）のチーム人数は50名以上（国内海外含め）
Total over 50 Engineers work in several domain at this customer in Japan domestic and overseas.
The team members are mixed with Japanese native and foreigners.

Work Experience

■必須要件■ Must Have
· 関連部門、関連部品担当、サプライヤとの調整スキル(要自発性)
· 社内外の関係者や利害関係者と積極的に調整できる能力。
· 要件仕様書の作成とバグ分析の経験
· サプライヤ機能仕様書、ソフトウェア詳細設計レビュースキル
· ECUハードウェアのインターフェイス設計、検証スキル
· サプライヤECU回路設計レビュースキル
· 基本的なOA機器操作（Excel、PowerPoint、Word,）
· 業務関係者と良好なコミュニケーションを図り業務推進
· Coordination skills with manufacturing plants, related parts personnel, and suppliers (Proactive initiative required)
· Capable of proactively coordinating with internal and external parties/stakeholders.
· Experience in requirement specification creation and Bug analysis
· The person who can handle supplier functional specifications and detailed software design reviews.
· The candidate should be able to design and verify ECU hardware interfaces.
· The candidate should be able to review ECU circuit design with suppliers.
· Basic operation of office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· The candidate should be able to promote the business through good communication with business stakeholders.
■尚可要件■ Good to Have
· 英語で海外メンバーとのコミュニケーションできる能力。
· メーターなどの車載HMI部品設計経験
· CAN通信の基礎知識
· Should be able to communicate with overseas team members in English.
· Experience in designing in-vehicle HMI components such as meters
· Basic knowledge of CAN communication
■語学力■ Language Skill
· 英語力 ‐ TOEIC550以上がのぞましいが応相談 （ 英語の基本的な読み書き）
· 日本語力 ‐ ネイティブレベル
· English proficiency – TOEIC score more than 550 (recommended), ( Basic level English reading and writing skill)
· Japanese – Native Level
