KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support to coordinate L&D initiatives & meetings.
- Support end-to-end Team Member recruitment process.
- Department skill matrix monitoring.
- Involve in other day to day HR and administration operations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- An undergraduate / Graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- Sound communication and analytics skills.
- Basic Knowledge in HR.
- Should be familiar with Microsoft Office.
