工作概要 Job Summary：
出口外贸单证的制作及交接,完成出口报关业务。
Handle the preparation and handover of export foreign trade documents, and complete export customs clearance procedures.
主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities：
1. 负责出口合同项下的所有单证工作程序及报关业务
Responsible for all documentation procedures and customs clearance operations under export contracts.
2. 负责货物出口发货后与客户单证交接事宜
Responsible for the handover of documents with customers after the export and shipment of goods
3. 跟踪货物物流信息。
Track the logistics information of goods
4. 协助财务部门处理出口退税等相关事宜
Assist the finance department in handling export tax refunds and other related matters.
5. 出口文件资料整理存档
Export document data sorting and archiving.
6. 完成上级安排的任务
Complete tasks assigned by superiors.

汇报责任：物流负责人 Logistics Manager
监督任务：
工作联系：与各部门同事保持良好沟通和协作。
与各个有业务相关的货代做好沟通与业务联络。
Work contact: Maintain good communication and collaboration with colleagues from various departments.
Communicate and liaise with freight forwarders who have relevant business operations.
资格和要求 Qualification and Requirements:
教育：大学专科及以上,国际贸易、英语等相关专业
at least graduate from associate or relevant education. International Trade, English and other related majors
经历：三年以上相关工作经验
Experience – At least three years of production management in a related field .
其他：熟练进/出口单证流程，日常办公软件,具有良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力。优秀的沟通技巧、协调能力。
Proficient in import/export documentation processes and daily office software. Good Chinese and English communication skills in written and verbal. Excellent communication skills and coordination abilities.
