All Saints Insurance is a growing independent agency looking for a licensed Insurance Producer who wants to build relationships, create opportunities, make money, and grow a long-term career.
We are close-knit, accountable, relational, and tech-forward. We use multiple systems and technology to manage leads, follow-up, quoting, communication, and the sales process so our producers can stay organized and focused on selling.
We provide carrier access, training, systems, service support, and some agency-generated opportunities.
But we are not looking for someone who depends entirely on leads being handed to them.
Our best producer will know how to create opportunities too.
What You'll Do
• Prospect and generate your own new-business opportunities
• Build referral relationships in the community
• Develop relationships with prospects instead of simply chasing transactions
• Work agency-provided leads and existing opportunities
• Quote and sell personal-lines insurance
• Follow up consistently and ask for the business
• Cross-sell and identify coverage gaps
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate documentation
• Complete a clean handoff to our service team after the sale

You May Be a Great Fit If You
• Hold an active Louisiana Property & Casualty license (Required)
• Have insurance sales or strong relationship-based sales experience
• Are comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations
• Know how to build a pipeline instead of waiting for one
• Enjoy networking, referrals, prospecting, and meeting new people
• Are good at earning trust and maintaining relationships
• Are comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Follow up until you get an answer
• Are motivated by goals and earning potential
• Are coachable and comfortable being accountable for results
• Want to grow along with the agency

Once you sell an account, properly document it, and complete the handoff, our service team helps manage the client's day-to-day needs.
That allows you to get back to what grows your income:

First-year earnings opportunity: $50,000–$70,000+
We provide guaranteed compensation during your initial ramp-up period while you learn our carriers, systems, processes, and expectations.
From there, compensation rewards production with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities.
Producers who consistently generate opportunities, build referral relationships, follow up, and close business have the ability to earn beyond the advertised range.
There is no artificial ceiling on your commission.
We provide the carriers, systems, training, service support, and some opportunities.
You bring the drive to build the rest.
