About this role
We’re searching for a Psychosocial Coordinator, someone who’s ready to be part of a growing team with amazing opportunities. In this position you will screen for the biopsychosocial risk of patients and/or families and to inform and/or develop risk intervention programs, which are directly related to patient care, education, and research.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Social Work, Child Life, Psychology, Kinesiology or other healthcare field required
- Experience working with patients and families in a pediatric healthcare setting required
