Job Tasks
Focus on the practical operation and maintenance of display production line equipment. New equipment move-in, debugging preparation and yield ramp-up of new production line; Focus on regular equipment maintenance, fault debugging, and spare parts full-cycle management to make up for the team's operational capacity gap;KPI: AE in OEE, MTTR, Spare parts
* Required Qualification
1. 3 years above of practical experience in display industry automotive /electronics equipment maintenance & debugging;
2. Proficient in core equipment troubleshooting, able to independently handle mechanical/electrical issues;3. Familiar with spare parts management process, with inventory control experience;
4. Solid execution, sense of responsibility, and quick response to on-site emergencies.
