About the Team

This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies. Supports APAC ADAS Product Line in sales planning, market analysis, and business performance management. Work closely with Global Product Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to drive business planning, market insights, and commercial decision-making.

What you can look forward to as a Market Planning Analyst:

- Support OP/SP/IP planning and sales forecasting for APAC customers and programs

- Analyse market trends, OEM production volumes, vehicle programs, and ADAS/Autonomous Driving penetration rates

- Monitor business performance and identify growth opportunities and commercial risks

- Maintain planning databases, forecasts, and management reports

- Support product line volume planning and capacity planning activities

- Collaborate with global and regional cross-functional teams on business reviews and strategic planning

Your Profile as a Market Planning Analyst:

- University degree of engineering with good commercial background or business administration with good technical knowledge

- 5+ years of experience in Automotive, Product Planning, Market Analysis, Sales Planning, or Business Planning

- Good understanding of OEMs, vehicle programs, production planning, and automotive industry trends

- Knowledge of ADASg, automotive electronics, or autonomous driving technologies is preferred

- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability

- Excellent communication skills and good English ability to work in a global environment
