Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring all cGMP activities at Site.
- Review and monitor cross-functional investigation for OOT, OOS, unplanned deviation and market complaints.
- Handling of QMD and Trackwise related activities.
- Facilitate and monitor CAPA implementation, verification and its effectiveness against defined timelines.
- Review of control sample as a part of investigation
- Support plant for management of compliance activities
- Support for major health authority inspection at site and provide input and support to inspection responses to drive consistency and clarity at site.
- Provide oversight of quality activity outcomes resulting from regulatory inspection, commitments and fillings
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve compliance, process clarity and operational efficiency.
- Perform all work in support of corpoirate values of pride, accountability, integrity and diligence
- Conduct line and area clearance.
- Conduct certification of batch production records for compliance and stage wise completion.
- Conduct annual review of product quality
- Sampling of Water, intermediates, finished products, environmental monitoring etc.
