Talent Acquisition Student Intern
The Student Intern is responsible for gaining exposure to career opportunities within Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Acquisition in the energy technology industry. This person discovers how SLB attracts, assesses and hires talent, and how a strong employer brand helps build the
company’s future workforce.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Assist in planning and running campus engagement activities such as career fairs, recruitment talks and university partnership programs.
• Help maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers and reports to monitor hiring progress.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including content for social media and campus outreach.
• Learn about the energy industry, SLB’s business divisions and the talent needs of each.
• Follow prescribed internship guidelines for each week as closely as possible.
Note: Talent Acquisition sits at the front line of SLB’s brand. Every candidate interaction shapes how future talent sees the company. The internship lets the candidate and SLB find out whether the role is the right fit before either commits to a full-time career.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging students, candidates and hiring managers.
• Well-organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Power Apps
• Available for a full internship period as required by the university
