Quality Management Representative

The Quality Management Representative is responsible for ensuring all documents related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, GHP/HACCP, HALAL, ISO 45001, safety, and other management systems are properly controlled and distributed to document owners. The role supports the Management Representative in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the effectiveness of the management systems and ensuring compliance with applicable standards.

You will report to the Plant QA Manager and support Quality Management System activities across the Packaging SBU.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that the Quality Management System is established, implemented, maintained, and continually improved in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, GHP/HACCP, HALAL, ISO 45001, and other applicable systems.

• You will ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are determined and applied throughout the organization, and that criteria and methods are clearly defined for effective operation and control.

• You will ensure all documents required for the Quality Management System are established, adequately defined prior to issue and use, and properly controlled and distributed.

• Ensure all audit checks are properly carried out to monitor and measure the status of the Quality Management System and support internal and external audit activities, including third-party and customer audits.

• Follow up on Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and Preventive Action Requests (PARs) from external audits and ensure closure within the required timeframe.

• Help identify resources and information required to support implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System.

• Facilitate Management Review sessions, communicate management system performance to management, obtain feedback, and drive further improvement actions.

• Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization, guide the proper application of management systems, and ensure consistency of understanding and implementation.

• Develop quality improvement plans with suppliers and customers, participate in supplier audit programs, monitor customer requirements and satisfaction, and promote sharing of quality best practices.

• Support the setup of internal and external auditor teams, develop employee capability to maintain Quality Systems, support quality improvement plans, and perform other assignments as directed by the Plant QA Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• 1+ years of experience in document control for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, HALAL, ISO 45001, or other management system standards.

• Experience as an auditor or internal auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, or other management system standards is preferred.

• Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, GHP/Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, HALAL, and ISO 45001 requirements.

• Certificates in ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015, Internal Auditor, and ISO 45001 are an advantage.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting skills, service skills, and the ability to work in a team and follow deadlines.
