Job Responsibilities

In the position of ENGINEER, F16 ME DIR IR, you will:

- Develop and implement advanced engineering solutions to improve the performance and reliability of our products.
- Collaborate strictly with cross-functional teams to determine efficient build strategies.
- Apply proven methodologies to ensure flawless execution of engineering projects.
- Perform rigorous testing and validation to compete at a world-class level.
- Lead and contribute to ambitious projects aimed at continuous improvement and innovation.
- Analyze data and metrics through AI-Enabled to identify areas for improvement and successfully implement necessary changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines throughout the engineering process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably within the tech industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
- A proven track record of leading projects and delivering results.
- Experience with industry-standard engineering tools and software.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
