💼 Your everyday work-life
- Lead the commercial strategy and overall performance of the Energy & Connectivity Business Unit across Greece and Cyprus
- Lead and develop a multi-level team, while providing functional leadership across the retail network
- Drive revenue, gross margin and profitability through effective budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring
- Coordinate commercial execution across Retail, Outbound, B2B, Digital and Indirect sales channels
- Manage the Energy Solutions portfolio and Energy Contracts category, including pricing, assortment and promotional strategy
- Lead Energy and PPC projects, ensuring operational readiness, effective implementation and strong strategic partnerships
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- 2-4 years of experience in a commercial, retail, energy, telecom, services or business unit leadership role, with proven experience in leading multi-level teams
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Strong experience in commercial strategy, sales execution, category management and business planning
- Hands-on experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and KPI monitoring
- Experience in cross-functional projects and strategic partnerships
- Very good command of English and familiarity with MS Office and reporting tools
