- Good understanding of labeling and packaging development processes, ideally within an international consumer goods, footwear, apparel or sporting goods environment.
- Good understanding of artwork development, print production and packaging specifications, with the ability to translate requirements into clear briefs and implementation instructions.
- Ability to independently manage complex tasks and projects within an established framework and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project and process management skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to documentation, tracking and implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate differing perspectives, facilitate technical discussions and support cross-functional alignment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify risks, process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- Awareness of packaging sustainability, regulatory and product compliance requirements is beneficial.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional and multicultural environment.
