ROLE SUMMARY:
AIS seeks a reliable Maintenance Support to keep our campus safe, functional. The successful candidate will carry out routine maintenance and system checks, respond to urgent requests, and support school events and examinations, reporting to the Property Manager / Assistant Property Manager.

Working hours / Giờ làm việc : 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Saturday / 7:30-17:00, Thứ Hai đến Thứ Bảy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carry out routine maintenance and operate building systems (water, gas, electrical, air-conditioning) according to procedures and checklists

- Inspect buildings, grounds, roofs, and drainage, and check fire protection systems, reporting any issues
Kiểm tra tòa nhà, khuôn viên, mái, hệ thống thoát nước và hệ thống phòng cháy chữa cháy, báo cáo sự cố
- Respond to urgent requests, including via the ticketing system, and resolve them promptly

- Record defects, repairs, and results in checklists, and monitor tools, materials, and spare parts

- Support school events and examinations by moving furniture, reconfiguring rooms, and arranging power and equipment, and assist in coordinating contractors

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Vocational certificate or diploma in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance, or equivalent experience
Chứng chỉ nghề hoặc bằng cao đẳng về điện, cơ khí hoặc bảo trì tòa nhà, hoặc kinh nghiệm tương đương
- At least 2 years of facilities or building maintenance experience, ideally in a school or similar facility

- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and basic water treatment systems

- Ability to follow maintenance procedures and safety standards, with good record-keeping skills

- Physically able to move furniture and equipment, and be a responsible, proactive team player
