About this role
The Senior Agent Service Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for distribution partners, handling complex enquiries and providing timely solutions. After completing comprehensive training, the role will also collaborate with the new business / underwriting team to support application assessments to enhance operation efficiency.
- University graduate preferred or matriculated candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in life insurance industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance agent services or customer service support.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage complex enquiries and deliver solutions promptly.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
