Looking for a permanent warehouse role with regular hours and enhanced pay for evenings and weekends?
We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution team at our Raunds depot.
You'll work as part of our chilled warehouse team, helping to pick and prepare milk products ready for delivery to our customers across the UK.
No previous dairy experience is needed. We'll give you the training you need to get started.
Your shift and pay
- Tuesday to Saturday, 14:00-22:30
- Basic rate: £13.17 per hour
- 23% enhancement between 18:00 and 04:00, taking the rate to approximately £16.20 per hour during these hours
- Saturday rate: £16.46 per hour
- Overtime: £19.76 per hour
- Sunday rate: £19.76 per hour
- Permanent, full-time position

What you'll be doing
This is a hands-on warehouse role in a chilled environment , where you'll:
- Pick customer orders using voice-picking technology
- Pack milk products into trolleys ready for dispatch
- Move stock and trolleys around the chill
- Load and unload vehicles
- Check stock, dates and product quality
- Keep your working area clean and safe
- Work as part of a team to make sure orders leave the depot on time
The role involves manual handling, being on your feet and working at pace , so we're looking for people who are comfortable with a physically active job.

You don't necessarily need previous warehouse experience. What's more important to us is that you:
- Are comfortable working in a chilled warehouse environment
- Can reliably work Tuesday to Saturday, 14:00-22:30
- Are happy working in a physical, fast-paced role
- Have a reliable and positive approach to work
- Enjoy being part of a team
- Can travel reliably to our Raunds depot for your shifts
